The location is fantastic, breakfast is better than many other hotel i have been to in Europe, Turkey, Morocco and Saudi Arabia. The rooms are very clean and nice furniture. Toilet and shower are very clean and well equipped as expected on 4* hotel. I booked 6 rooms, some rooms are smaller than expected and double bed size is bit smaller normal double bed. The family suite is very nice and spacious and deluxe rooms are very comfortable. Air-conditioning is working perfectly. Reception staffs are well behaved and all other staffs were polite and respectful. It has a nice restaurant with rooftop restaurant and cafe. The most attractive part is sky swimming pool. It has fantastic views and has sauna. Also it has nice gym and spa with fantastic massage facility. I was well pleased with the ammunities this hotel has. I would definitely visit again.

Very nice environment, rooms quite large and well decorated, nice service, friendly staff. There is a small swimming pool on the top of the roof, it looks beautiful. They accept cash, bKash and card payment. There is no #accessible ramp for wheelchair users.
We had wonderful stay there. Everything is ok but we accepted big room our room to small. Room Service need to improve. I need to Thank reception and front office team. We will come back soon.
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, and the complimentary buffet breakfast was something special. We enjoyed using the gym regularly, they have rooftop infinity pool, which would be perfect for summer. My son was with me along with one of my nephews, they are already looking to book in advance for next December 2026.

What impressed me most about Hotel Noorjahan Grand is their hospitality. The staff are polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. Room service is fast and professional. The environment of the hotel is calm and welcoming. Being located in the middle of Sylhet city is a big advantage. The owner personally ensures guests are satisfied, which is rare these days. I honestly cannot thank Mr Taposh enough for making my trip the best trip for 2 weeks. I initially booked a basic rooms thinking this would be ok but on arrival, it was a basic room with no windows. For me, I suffer from claustrophobia so Mr Taposh immediately changed my room within a few hours. I was shown so many different options to choose from and I cannot thank him enough for turning my trip into a memory. Housekeeping, staff, security was outstanding and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had. Its definitely the best hotel for solo single women friendly. I called this my jamair bari as being a solo traveller, I dont think I would have chosen any other place to stay. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, lots of different options to choose from and filled up every 15 minutes. From hot food to egg station to cold items. The staff from restaurant to housekeeping are super stars and they all treat you like a queen. They have a beautiful roof top pool and restaurent too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ALL. I made some comments and provided my feedback last month when I was there. Overall, it's an excellent place to stay overnight. The service staff is very cooperative, and the Room cleaners are extremely supportive. My only comment on the improvement is breakfast quality, management, and services. I recommend my colleagues and friends to stay in this hotel. All the best.
Great experience, i have stayed 3 days and 2 nights over there. Everything were in tuned, staff's behaviour were so polite and professional. Yes they claimed this hotel 3 star but i think they can threat any five star hotel services of the city.

Went to roof restaurant, very nice view of Sylhet.
The rooms were fine, the rooftop infinity pool was great as well as the atmosphere. There is a sauna available at an extra cost. The staff were friendly and welcoming but only negative is the room service. Called the hotel restaurant for kids nuggets meal and the lady on the phone said they’re all out but recommended the Bangkok fried chicken, I asked her if they were spicy as they are for kids and she said no. So I ordered that plus fries. Then asked about deserts but they ran out of most of what we wanted and the lady seemed in a rush to get us off the phone as she just suggested if we don’t have A then we will give you B. Once the food arrived the chicken was spicy for the kids and the desert was stale. So was extremely disappointed as if I’d been told they would be spicy I could have just stepped out of the hotel and grab some easily.
Recently I stayed at Hotel Noorjahan Grand in Sylhet, and it was truly a wonderful experience! 🌟 The hotel offers everything you can ask for — a yummy breakfast, a modern gym, a beautiful rooftop swimming pool, and relaxing sauna and steam bath facilities. Their 15th-floor restaurant serves absolutely delicious food, and the head chef, Mr. Kohel, is both talented and kind. But what truly makes this hotel special is its owner — Mr. Shafi Mohammad Nahiyan bhaiya. He is an excellent and down-to-earth person who treats every guest like family. His friendly and caring nature sets a new standard for hospitality that I haven’t seen anywhere else. Wishing Nahiyan bhaiya and his wonderful team continued success.
